Here's an awesome recipe I tried this week:

"Little Meats and Gravy"

  • 2 pounds of chuck or stew beef, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 soup cans of water
Combine all the ingredients into a crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for 5 - 6 hours.  Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
